ID en Or, the association that supports entrepreneurs in Mayotte !
ID EN OR is a non-profit organization whose aim is to make an innovative contribution to the economic, cultural, artistic and social development of Mayotte by providing operational support to local entrepreneurs and artists, whether they are starting up or expanding.
The organization essentially targets Mahorais women and men who dare to take the path of entrepreneurship, and helps them to become effectively integrated into the local professional landscape.

Our team
Founded in 2014 by several entrepreneurship professionals, ID EN OR team puts its know-how and experience to work for women, young people, jobseekers and any other profile far from the labor market, especially all those evolving in rural areas.
Also surrounded by numerous economic, social-professional and associative partners from the local ecosystem, ID EN OR has a wide network deployed to serve its beneficiaries.
Each partner, according to its specialty and field of expertise, contributes to the collective interest.
Our goals
In order to strengthen the role and potential of new entrepreneurs in Mayotte, the organization aspire to prepare them to acquire both the entrepreneurial skills needed to create their own projects – and therefore their own jobs, and the entrepreneurial skills needed to manage and develop a business over the long term.
The organization thus acts in favor of the entrepreneurial cause, in a spirit of socioeconomic impact, through the following objectives:
- Promote entrepreneurship among people who are far from the job market, particularly in rural areas;
- Trigger and support the emergence of innovative, high value-added projects
- Facilitate access to economic information for young entrepreneurs
- Contribute to the sustainability and development of local businesses.
Our actions
Genuine creator of local solutions for equal access to economic integration, ID EN OR develops high-impact and experiential programs designed to help entrepreneurs and artists in their creation or development phase. These programs respond to real local challenges, and are deployed at several levels:
Set up by the ID EN OR team to adapt as closely as possible to the expectations of the target audience, these schemes then take the form of meetings, training courses, workshops or even immersions in ephemeral boutiques, enabling each entrepreneur to reveal their potential, perfect their skills and boost their professional visibility.
On a professional level
Through access to professional training and entrepreneurial apprenticeships.
In terms of integration
In the business environment, through the networking of local and regional companies and entrepreneurs.
On a commercial level
By implementing sales development and communication initiatives.

Our flagship action « The creators' Pop-Up Store »
An offer to boost your business !
In partnership with Créa’ Pépites consultancy firm, ID EN OR provides access to a Pop- Up Store concept to local entrepreneurs. A Pop-Up Store is an ephemeral, turnkey sales space for displaying and marketing products and/or services to the general public.
By joining the Néo Pépites offer, the entrepreneur and its company benefit from:
- A showcase for its business
- An initial customer base
- A communication campaign through the partners network.
The location
The Pop-Up Stores are conceived to be itinerant in order to give access to the offer as many people as possible and to ensure that the action is spread across the whole of Mayotte. The Pop-Up Stores are set up in different and exceptional locations, including SAMANI CONCEPT boutique in the center of Mamoudzou, LA CANNELIA guesthouse in Combani, the Rural Excellence Cluster (PER) in Coconi and VIS TA FORME inclusive gym in Hauts-Vallons (north of Mamoudzou).
Several other sites are planned, to reinforce the presence of Pop-Up Stores throughout Mayotte.

Donations to non-profit organizations entitle donors to a tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount paid, up to a ceiling of 20% of taxable income. For companies, the tax reduction is equal to 60% of the amount of the donation.
